During the promotion of his latest film Batwara 1947, Sunny Deol chose to steer clear of political discussions, instead referencing his father Dharmendra’s lighthearted comment about Pakistan being akin to a maternal figure. He emphasized that the film was entirely filmed in India. Deol remains dedicated to storytelling over politics. This project marks the reunion of the acclaimed director Rajkumar Santoshi and Deol.
